I bought it two days ago I hate it. It doesn't. Ove smoothly .I feel like I'm fighting with it to push it .it doesn't have the suction they say I'd does .I have pets it leaves allot of hair behind

You get a lot of bang for your buck with this model. Get it!

This is the worst vacumm I've ever had. Cannot find replacement belt which didn't last long. It was very difficult to get to the belt, which I had to drill out one screw. The cord comes out the bottom edge and gets ate up if it gets run over. It's very difficult to plug the parts back in. The accessories don't have an appropriate place to connect and then they fall off. It has good suction.

Super satisfied with this purchase. I am really happy with this vacuum, it’s a little bit on the heavier side but it works really well. It just seems like the suction is stronger on this vacuum and I am also happy with the dual brush system, how well it picks up the smaller crumbs on my hardwood floors. As for the cord, I was used to my old wind tunnel that had the quick cord and that was a feature on another model but I really wanted the dual brush model, so that is why I went with this model and it’s fine but I do miss that feature from my old model which lasted me 14 years with heavy use. Another reason for choosing this model was that I wanted a corded vacuum because I was afraid that the battery on the cordless vacuum will not give you as much suction. I would definitely recommend this vacuum to someone who is in the market for a new vacuum.

I got this model about a year. Not as strong as my previous Hoover and it doesn’t swivel as well as my older one. Heavier than I thought to carry.

I bought this for its feature of turning of the brush roller/bar. I have new thick berber carpet which requires this. Sadly, this machine does not have enought suction to actually pick up the basic debree lying on the surface of the carpet. Also, it has the annoying feature of turning the brush bar if you lock it back in the upright position. This happens by accident fairly often.

I purchased as I have a golden retriever you need a good vacuum. Very happy with purchase. Threw out other vacuum for other floor will be buy a 2nd as it is so much better than what I had

This is the worst sweeper I have ever bought! I've always relied on the Hoover brand but this sweeper is horrible. It's looses suction often. To empty the dirt out you have to also take the internal canister out which gets dirt everywhere and all over your hands because the dirt does not all drop out and it plugs up the hole, it does not pick any dirt along the sides of walls, it is very hard to detach the hose and reattach, the hose suction is not strong at all and the whole thing is a plastic piece of junk. I spent over $200 and have only had it 2 weeks and it is going out to the garbage. Do not buy this sweeper.

had less than a year and it got tied in hair around one the brush bearings that should not get hair caught on and melted that plastic coupling for the brush, broke several belts that I had to pay for even though i feel it should have been under warranty. Poor design, poor quality due to poor design, parts for repair are hard to find and you can only call customer support no email or chat

This vacuum lasted less than 1 year, is a replacement for first one that lasted about 1 month. Will not allow warranty claim without a video of it not running! Belt smelled like burned rubber, so took it apart and took belt off, found the mail beater will not turn and nothing stuck in it. Was a pain to take apart as it uses special torx head screws. Called customer service and no warranty processing without a video of the vacuum, a total waste of my time. I will not ever buy another Hoover product again. Now have to find a different brand of vacuum that may last longer than a year. My old Hoover vacuum lasted for 15+ years until wearing out, new ones are terrible. Please look elsewhere for a vacuum so you don't have to go through what I did.

After looking at all the reviews which are the same exact problem I'm having it seems a complaint to the better business bureau might need to happen. My vacuum is a little over a year old and the roller isn't rolling! It was so good before all this. Very disappointed.

The roller is no longer rolling, and the vacuum itself does not provide proper suction…only the hose works. Given that this product should still be functioning as it did when I first bought it, I am quite frustrated with its decline in performance. I had this vacuum for about six months with once a week use and the belt melted. I had to buy a special screwdriver to even access that part of the vacuum to see what happened as the Hoover team needed to see what happened. They sent a replacement and I was happy. Now about 6 months later that one is having the same issue. Vacuum is now useless. I'm very disappointed. Stay away!

It was ok while it lasted. But after just one year the pulley that the belt spins on completely melted and now the brush rolls don't spin. Taking the vacuum apart to find the problem was a huge pain in and of itself because they used TAMPER RESISTANT TORX SCREWS. I had to order a special tool just to open the thing up. My old Hoover just had normal Philips head screws and was easy to take apart and service myself, but not this new one. Also, all the accessories don't stay clipped in while you are vacuuming. The attachments are constantly falling off while you are pushing the vacuum around.
