It took less than 5 minutes to complete set up using the iPhone app. The scale is a bit larger than other bathroom scales, but the mirrored finish and sleek design make it a nice addition. After nearly a month of use, it has been easy to clean and maintain. Bluetooth connectivity has remained stable and the health information easily and quickly shows up in the app.

It reads your heart rate and weight, muscle mass and fat mass and actually will give you the day, weather and your percentage ratings for individual categories!!

Setting it up was easy, it pairs with an app you download on your phone via bluetooth. I've had it 2 weeks and the battery still shows as full as well. What I appreciate most is the insightful information it provides – weight, muscle percentage, fat percentage, visceral fat, and heart rate - giving me a comprehensive view. The free app complements the scale well, offering insights into body composition, fitness level, and trends over time. It also shows healthy ranges for each stat. What sets this scale apart is its ability to provide a more positive perspective. Unlike regular scales, it shows progress in muscle gain and fat loss, motivating me to stay on track where before I would usually get discouraged by the not seeing the lbs changing much. I think it'll make a big difference in motivation to get markers about fat turning into muscle and not just worrying about overall weight.

It also comes with a free app that keeps all those metrics organized in one place and provides guidance towards your health goals. The scale is easy to use. It auto detects who steps on it. The measurements are fast and accurate. The screen is bright and clear. Setting up the app was a breeze on an IOS device. A maximum number of 8 people can be set up to use the scale and app either individually, or together. To sum it up, this is a must have scale.

They use it to keep up with their sports. My dad uses it for his weight loss because of being type2 diabetic. It literally tells you everything about your body even if your dehydrated. Love it and will continue my new journey with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Starting off opening the box it’s beautiful I don’t know exactly what it’s made out of but it’s got the fancy blue metal color under the glass which is an amazing presentation. The setup wasn’t hard but older non tech savvy people are not going to want to buy this. It took more than 2 minutes to figure out how to weigh myself after I had the app completely set up. I was able to add 2 of my kids but not my oldest since she wasn’t under 16 and doesn’t want the app she just wanted to weigh herself. So without the app tracking things you can’t use any of the extra features it’s too bad they didn’t build in some sort of small memory bank for the scale itself. If you do download the app it lets you go through quite a few features and I thought it was actually really cool that it even told me the weather at the end. It doesn’t give you a reading on everything your first day because some of them need time to record and compare results to previous readings. Overall it’s a very cool scale, I think it’s best for a single person with no spouse no family that is very tech savvy. And I also want to note that even though I’m absolutely going to keep my old scale if you step on it just for weight as an unknown user it will work for that alone however for the price I would expect it to work for every person in the house with a single download or without downloading at all I have so many apps on my phone I certainly won’t be keeping this. I think all of the features are well thought out, useful and intended to keep a person healthy. I also feel it’s too difficult to do such a simple task. I love the feet on the bottom and my disabled daughter could stand on it without issue.

This scale does so much more than weight. It also records body composition, heart rate, vascular age, and electrodermal activity to name a few features. It will even tell you the weather forecast and air quality if you plan on being outside to work out. It works seamlessly with Apple Health as well as the company’s own line of smart fitness watches and other products like a blood pressure monitor. The app is simple to use and intended to help people develop and track healthy habits. I really like the informational articles where I can lear more about my health and how the scale can help me with my goals. Also, I can download a health report to bring to my doctor for regular checkup. This is such a comprehensive app, and I cannot wait to learn how to use it more! I highly recommend!

It links to your Fitbit or Apple Watch and can assess sleep quality, workouts, heart rate, and more. It does a great job of trending all of these data points. So far I’m enjoying this as an addition to the health tools available to me. That said, I will say that the app is a little glitchy and lags slightly when it comes to uploading data to the web based dashboard. I had a tricky time creating a second profile for my partner - I had to utilize their customer service chat to resolve my issues. The did solve my problem, but I wish I didn’t need to go through those steps.
