    Not worth it

    If you’re here reading reviews to wonder if this stuff is as bad as the green version, I’m here to tell you it’s mildly better but you’ll continue to hate yourself and wonder why you spent $20 on this because you were convinced a sale was the best way to try. Save yourself to effort and don’t even try. Get mushroom powder in a smoothie. Get magnesium in a gummy. Don’t drink this stuff.

    Love the Thought

    I love this product and how well it works. I hate the way it doesn’t fit into my lifestyle! I don’t usually have 1. 5-2 hours at the end of my day to “wind down” and prepare for sleep so I need something that I can slip into the 30 minutes I have between when my kids are getting ready for bed and when I’m ready to lay down myself.

    Good but too expensive

    I found the product to make me sleepy in the evening but I would still wake up in the early morning (2am-3am). I would have kept my subscription but found the cost unwieldy.

    AGZ Review

    After 45 days of use, no better than taking Optimag Neuro which is a bit less expensive. Not saying it's a bad product-just did not help my any more than what I was previously taking. . For someone NOT supplementing with the proper magnesium product, should work just fine.

    Almost perfect

    This product actually works. My sleep is noticeably improved on the nights I use it. My only concern is that if taken with AG1, there are certain things that are being consumed at a rate that may lead to overdose if taken every day (specifically the zinc levels). As I don't want to "not" take either product, the risk of over consuming certain things does weigh on my mind. Otherwise, this product would be a 5 star.

    INCREDIBLE

    WHat a game changer. I don't usually like anything making me sleepy but I suffer with poor sleep anyway. I noticed results within the first night. It didn't make me feel woozy as it started to work but instead, relaxed and I fell asleep naturally and woke feeling refreshed. I'm so impressed and hooked. The taste was like a chocolate biscuit. So delicious. I won't be using anything else from here on. I promote AG1 to nurse friends and anyone who will listen. You won't be sorry. Give it a go.

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TLDR; None of the flavors tasted good, and it didn’t help me sleep. I take regular AG-1 every day and without a doubt notice a difference when using it, so I was pretty excited about AGZ – so excited that when I inadvertently ordered four boxes of it, I didn’t care. Unfortunately, it just didn’t work. As a menopausal woman, I try to do all the things that help me stay asleep at night and thought this might be part of the answer. (I do take HRT and all that good stuff. ) I wish it worked for me. My husband doesn’t mind the taste and he thinks it works well, but he’s still up for at least an hour in the middle of the night. I don’t need to return my boxes since I use them as gift samples for friends. Maybe it will work for them!

    Loved it, my stomach didn’t

    Loved the product, but after about 2-3 weeks of usage my stomach didn’t love it. Would need to urgently use the restroom about 1-1. 5 hrs of using. I stopped and my stomach went back to normal. I wonder if AG1 and AGZ combo was too much magnesium or something.
