    Do not recommend

    The flavor is awful. Very strong almost medicinal flavor after taste. It made me sick to my stomach after drinking. Not to mention did nothing for sleep. For the price of this stuff, save your money.

    Not sure this product does anything and the taste is not good.

    The product has an almost metallic aftertaste. I cannot say I've noticed my sleep improve.

    Tried it for 2 months

    Didnt notice any difference in how well i slept, gave it two months to make sure. Tastes pretty decent frothed with warm whole milk.

    Sleep soundly

    It doesn’t make me sleepy immediately so it is important to drink it at least 1 hour before bedtime. You have to deliberately take several deep breaths and relax your body and mind! No devices in your hand!!

    AGZ Helps me fall asleep and stay asleep:

    I take AGZ about 30 minutes before bed and have found the consistency with which I fall asleep and stay asleep significantly improve after the first day.

    HUGE impact!

    AGZ has made a huge difference in my life! Aside from being easy to mix and the great taste, it actually works. After taking it for a little less than a month I noticed that my sleep is appreciably better, and my energy level during my workouts is more sustained and higher than it's been in many years. AGZ doesn't help me fall asleep any more quickly, but once I am asleep, I stay asleep for a solid 6 - 8 hours. A huge improvement from waking up every hour prior to AGZ! And I'm not sure if it's related, but my dreams are more restful. I can't say enough about this product and have already told everyone I know that it's worth trying if sleep's a concern. Tiny suggestion for AG1 - offer mixed flavor boxes for the subscription. Would appreciate access to both the chocolate and mint chocolate each month.

    Rest peacefully

    I am kind of an insomniac, I have trouble sleeping and was looking for something besides the regular medication that you normally get. I have taken the AGZ for more than 3 weeks with no noticeable change in my sleeping.
