  • A: It is new. The only difference with the “Core” controllers is that it is not the full set with all the extra pieces. It only has the thumb stick adjustment key and the controller itself (+charging cable) included, extra D-Pad, thumb sticks, back paddles and case sold separately.

Elite price but substandard quality. Lasted less than a year.

Died in a year, still waiting warranty but Microsoft would not repair it and would not explain the reason on why. Poor warranty service for a high end device.

do not buy, they are all defective

don’t buyyyy it!!!!! they are all faulty all colors, and target knows that’s why all the discounts. i called customer support and same thing i can’t even get it exchanged. i bought it 2 months ago. i explained that not everyone plays everyday, so for this item to be 30 days vs 90 days on other items is not correct. they are faulty and everyone on the reviews are experiencing the same problem. i will be submitting a dispute from my bank.

Expensive and disappointing

Only after 5 months withoit dropping or damaging the controller at all, the LB button stopped working, shortly followed up by the entire controller not working. Would also constantly, randomly turn off in the middle of gameplay with more than enough charge. Very disappointing performance for its price and extremely unreliable if you’re playing a game where not being able to control for a few seconds can ruin you.
