The weight listed on the package reflects the fill level of the liquid in the container. A certain amount of room in the container (40%) needs to be saved for the nitrogen propellant, similarly to how there is air in every bag of potato chips to protect the chips. The space above the product is occupied by the nitrogen. The container has the proper amount of nitrogen needed to adequately dispense the volume of liquid. We're very sorry to hear that Zevo didn’t meet your expectations. Zevo is proven effective against many insects and has been proven to act quickly to kill bugs. A good tip is to make sure you spray the bug completely with Zevo! One or two pulls of the trigger on the Multi-Insect Spray or a 1 to 2 second spray with the Aerosol sprays should be enough to handle small the medium size bugs… but if you have large bugs (like big cockroaches), it may require an extra dose. Make sure the bug gets covered by the Zevo spray to the point where it’s wet. Nonetheless, we would love to make a full report to our Quality Team, as well as determine how we can help.
