A: I use this brand and the clothes come out smelling just like the soap bars and lotions it makes you clothes smell nice and the scent last for a few days whole house smells amazing when you washclothes

Q: I have a Smart Dispenser option on my washer-but Zum isn’t one of the detergent options. To get the “dosing” correct-what name brand soap would most closely match the amount of soap to use?

A: Hello! Our dosing would most closely match a Mrs Meyer or Ecos, with 1oz equaling 1 load on a normal cycle, if those Brands are available on the Smart Dispenser. Hope that helps!

Q: Does Zum Frankincense & Myrrh Laundry Soap contain patchouli? I love the fragrance, and it reminds me of patchouli, but I can't find it listed in the ingredients.

Q: Similar to another question, my smart washer doses based on “#x Concentrated” which I can’t seem to find anywhere in the bottle (for example, time is 2x while Dirty Labs is 10x). Thanks for your help!

This stuff smells better than any other laundry detergent. I use it with unscented Tide for super clean and wonderful smelling clothes. My clothes get extremely dirty from my work, so I need the strong stuff to take care of the cleaning. Sadly, every good cleaning scented laundry detergent smells like fake nasty candy, or fake flower scent. It's not anything I like to smell. So I tried this a long time ago, and it was great, aside from meh cleaning power (let's face it - you are not going to get the cleanest clothes with any natural detergent, so zero marks against Zum for that), but I thought to try a small bottle of unscented Tide and together they're magical.

The bottle’s had tape around the lids, but it doesn’t help if the lids weren’t on tight to start with. One bottle leaked. It was a mess and I lost about an inch of soap out of it. Other than that, I love this laundry soap.
