humorous thank you notes

Sizes vary by style: many folded cards measure about 5.5" x 3.75" or 5.5" x 4"; shaped cards are often around 5" x 6.25"; DIY money‑holder cards typically fold to about 4" x 5" (open roughly 11").

Cards are generally printed on sturdy or heavy cardstock, often with a glossy or photo-like finish on the outside and a matte interior for handwriting. Some use heavyweight (about 270gsm) uncoated stock and come with embossed, heavyweight envelopes.

DIY money‑holder cards include clear plastic domes with peel-and-stick adhesive. Assembly typically involves rolling the cash, inserting it into the dome, attaching the dome to a rectangular guide inside the card, then folding the card and securing the bottom tab into a slit to hold everything in place.

Most cards include blank interior space for a personal handwritten message; some also note available writing space on the back, making them ready for a short personal note.

Many cards are designed and manufactured in the USA (with a noted Wisconsin facility and US-made card stock). Some components for DIY money‑holder cards—specifically the clear plastic domes—are made in China.
