A fabric with good fit and feel for feet

I need good quality rug pads for my hardwood floors, the dominate flooring in our home. I need to be careful about the fabrics used and especially careful of what 'sits' on the floor itself under the rugs. I have several kinds of rug pads from Rugs.com and when I read the description of the uni-luxe I thought it was a perfect fit. This runner is now under a rug I have in the most heavily traversed area of my home and it helps with the feel and performance of the rug itself. (I know how it feels because we don't wear shoes in the house and the extra padding is a comfort to bare feet. :-D)

Uni-Lux Pad

This pad is low quality, thin with a plasticized, scratchy backing and rubber on the other side. No soft felt. I didn't keep it. I had a large order with many rug pads, and although they were all called Uni-Luxe (which seems like it would be hight quality than the ones called " Everyday", it was not.)

BEAUTIFUL and inexpensive

During December I purchased several rugs, with another one for my kitchen on the way. I love these rugs!!. They really perked up the decor of my house as I used these rugs in different places. Hooray!
