This vitamin has no soy! Thank you for not adding this filler. My nails are stranger as vitamin D-3 helps your body retain natural calcium everyday! That’s worth a million bucks!

Vitamin D3 is not in Safflower oil which means the Vitamin D will not be absorbed in my system. Please make your Vit D3 with Safflower oil as you did before.

I inadvertently purchased capsules instead of soft gels. I don’t know if these will be as helpful. Next time I’ll read the description more carefully. But it is a Swanson’s product and they are a reputable presence in the health products industry, so I’m giving it a 4.

I don't know how to rate vitamins. I've been taking them for years, and I feel pretty good, so I guess they're beneficial. That's about all I can say. But I do trust Swanson for quality and reasonable prices.

Does the trick

Being home bound, vitamin D is a must and Swanson's has the answer. I suffered from a lack of D a while back (felt terrible, just as I did when I eliminated salt from the diet) and no trouble since.

It is easy to swallow. Don't notice a big difference in how I feel but not all vitamins make a noticeable difference. The price is also good.
