    I can't take just any B vitamin. I take B6 &12. Otherwise I get nauseous. Swanson always makes a good safe product. I trust them with my families health.

    Sublingual or Not?

    Someone indicated B12 cyanocobalamin is worthless unless taken sublingually. That is erroneous: it is better absorbed if taken under the tongue, yes, but NEITHER is absorbed well, generally: neither is particularly bioavailable; but neither method is useless, either. Additionally, most caps & tabs can be poured or crushed in the mouth for under the tongue use, even though the lozenge or sublingual-type is better suited for that as it is absorbed faster.

    essential for vegans; i just wish it came at lower concentrations, the 500 mcg capsule provides 20,833% of the daily recommended dose, which seems unnecessary for most people unless they have a severe deficiency.

    B12 is my new friend

    The first few days I took these, I noticed a big jump in my energy. It was like being 20 years younger. After those first few days I didn't notice the energy as much since my body adapted to it. After a week, I noticed my anxiety had dropped significantly. It is now just an occasional "hey I'm still here" instead of "Bow before me". My stress has diminished noticeably too. It's been a month now, and I'm noticing a slight improvement in memory. I must have been low on B12. This is perfect.
