I like it because it's in capsule form and easy to swallow. I've had some zinc in tablet form that is very hard to swallow.

Zinc

I like to take this for my immune and add a B12 , Vit. C and D3 along with it. So far it has kept me from getting any virus so far, in the last 6 months or so. I take the zinc for about a week or two and than lay off for a bit. It is best to take in my opinion when you feel a cold coming on or if you have been around someone else having cold symtoms

Needed More Information

Excellent service but unable to use the product. Will probably give it to a friend. The quality is excellent but I can’t consume zinc at that level - 50 mg.

Good

My mistake in thinking I was getting tablet not capsules when I put tablets in description. I will pay closer attention next time so I will not be dumping out half a capsule to get 25 mg rather than 50 mg.
