which is the right strength and dissolves gradually. but I'm flummoxed it's only been a month since I last purchased it, and the price has increased ten percent. I use it along with GABA but will try to find a less expensive way to fall asleep.

They work fine but not as well as GNC melatonin, at least for me.

I have been taking this for a while and feel it helps me to fall asleep quicker and sleep deeper. The dose is perfect for me in that I don't have the rebound morning grogginess that larger doses can inflict. As an added bonus, various studies have shown it to have anti-carcinogenic properties. So, I intend to keep taking it...

Seems that each pill was not standard. One night I would awake totally at 3am, the next night sleep through. Then awake next night at 4am, next night sleep through. Seems the doses are not standardized at all.

Pills are too large. Harder to swallow than capsules I took before.

Long-lasting through the night. Helps to fall asleep, and stay asleep, with no morning "hangover".

It is OK but it’s not the real aid a person needs do you get to sleep

Love this. Dual -Release makes sense. I take two (6mg). When I want to go to sleep faster, I use the Sleep Pill. Prefer this to all single dose Melatonin.

Dual time release has helped me improve sleep patterns. I would have preferred 2mg vs this 3mg. Most people think more is better, research says differently.

My husband has used melatonin in several different doses for many years and has always found it to be helpful. However, when I tried regular melatonin, I found that I would sleep for 5 or 6 hours and then be wide awake. Not so with this dual-release melatonin. I find that it helps me easily sleep 8+ hours and my husband also finds that it works better for him than regular melatonin. We are both in our mid-60's so this has been a big help!

I'm 68. Until a late last year I was able to sleep through the night without difficulty. Then, I started waking after 5 hours and it would take hours to fall asleep again at best. People said, "Older folks need less sleep, don't worry about it." But I was tired all day and felt like napping in the afternoon. I looked on the Internet and found Swanson melatonin with its Dual-Release formula and it made good sense to have something that works right away and also works over time. I've been taking it for two months and from the very beginning my sleep improved. I sleep through the night and on the rare occasion that I wake up in the night, I fall asleep again within a few minutes. What a change! It really works great for me and I will continue to use it.

I have a hard time sleeping This product got me to sleep but I woke an hour later and it was very difficult to get back to sleep so I took a regular melatonin.
