    DO NOT TAKE WITH YOUR PROBIOTICS, or even within a couple of hours before and after. Oregano oil kills the healthy bacteria and it will cause imbalance in your gut biome

    Not effective, lacks necessary carvacrol %

    I was disappointed to find that this product does not list the carvacrol percentage, which is the main active compound responsible for oregano oil’s antimicrobial and immune benefits. Without that information, there’s no way to know the potency or effectiveness. The “10:1 extract” label only refers to plant concentration—not active ingredient strength. Because it isn’t standardized, this feels more like a low-potency blend than a true oregano oil supplement. I would not recommend it for anyone looking for reliable immune or antimicrobial support.

    Helps with sinus issues

    I’ve been using oil of oregano capsules for sinusitis and inflammation for a few years, and they’ve been a great addition. When I feel myself getting sick in the winter, spring,g or fall, I add it in for 7-10 days. This addition has helped better manage symptoms and seems to have reduced how often I get sinus infections, which has meant needing antibiotics less frequently. The capsules are easy to take and convenient for daily use, and on top of that, they’re a great price for the quality. Overall, a really solid product and definitely worth trying if you deal with frequent sinus issues.

    It was a great product until you changed the ingredients!

    You changed the ingredients. Unfortunately, Carrageenan is not something I want my family ingesting. Please go back to the gelatin capsules. I will use what I bought and look for a new product.

    NO Colds, flu or covid

    I take this anytime I get a tickle in my throat or a sniffle in my nose. I'll also take them when others are snuffling mear me. Been doing it for years and I don't get sick often and when I do it's very short. Even did it when I got covid. I load up taking several at a time several times a day. then I slowly taper off. If the threat remains nearby (school, home, work) I'll take one, twice a day till the threat is gone.

    Oul of Oregano

    I really liked that it came so quickly. And I’ve been taking this supplement since Covid. I have not gotten Covid. I believe this has helped my immune system repel the virus.

    Too Pungent

    I believe in the products many health tricks, BUT, it is extremely 'pungent' to a fault. I tried it for 5 days and stopped. It has a strong lasting after taste.
