    Best thing I ever did. Much more energy than I had before.

    I gave Royal Jelly to three of my friends that are having health problems. One of my friends that is having a hard time getting up out of a chair. Within four days she was up and walking and full of energy. I am going to share this with many more of my elderly friends.

    Swanson's "BEES" are my best friends!

    A good product @ a great price - I especially enjoy their nutty taste since I'm able to chew them. I'd really enjoy chewing some organic bee pollen granules - may be you could consider making them also?

    Ever since the star of LOVE BOAT recommended it years ago I've been taking them-I'm now 91 years old and I am not planning to stop now. I'm sure it has been an integral part of my well being. I take one gel every morning along with my other meds. I would recommend it - the only negative would be the size of the gel -maybe it's my age but I have some difficulty in swallowing them.

    I use these to keep my hair from turning grey. My grey hair turns into a copper color when I take Royal Jelly. I just wish Swanson still sold the 1000mg capsules. I have to take 3 of these.

    Love it

    I have taken this product for well over 20 years and I swear by it. I do take a multi vitamin as well but I am 74 and only had the flu 1 time in my life and it was after the one and only time I took the flu shot. I truly believe it is because of this combo.

    No bee hive smell, not sure about it.

    This item seems to be effective. We have used it for years but it has lost its bee hive smell. I am beginning to wonder about it. Normally when I open it I feel as if I am back at the hive. This bottle did not smell at all like that. Not sure whether I will order it again or not.

    Lip-smacking good for you

    When bees want a queen bee they choose a worker bee larvae and feed it royal jelly. As an adult she is 6 times larger, lives much longer and lays several times her weight in eggs daily. To me that indicates that royal jelly is more than likely good nutrition.
