    Great Stuff.

    Good stuff. Been using for a couple of years. Will highly recommend. Wife use to get sick couple to 3X a year. Now,maybe once a year. This stuff helps boost immune system quite well. Along with vits C & D is powerhouse.

    Best for me ...

    I’ve lost 55 pounds since July, ‘18 using a nutrition plan that requires I eat some mushrooms everyday. I’m not fond of mushrooms, so I take Triple Mushroom Complex to comply with the plan. Simple.

    One of my favorite supplements

    These are awesome in the morning with some Lions mane, amalaki and probiotic. Keeps my immune, digestive and nervous system functioning flawlessly. Highly recommended.

    Every time I take one of these Triple Mushroom Complex gems, I am glad to live in this era. In several ancient foreign empires, if a "commoner" was found to be partaking of certain mushrooms, well, they would not be eating mushrooms again.     Both my son and I use this daily. We put two capsules in each cup of our herbal tea, opening the capsules, pouring the powder in while the tea is hot. The taste is great and we feel it helps with a good immune response. We like this blend a lot. Thank you Swanson for all your great products

    Mushrooms are so good for you, but a lot of people don't like to eat them. If you don't, this is a perfect way to get all the nutrients from the mushrooms without having to eat them.
