    Great for skin & hair

    I know this is marketed as an oral supplement, but I use it topically. MCT is fractionated coconut oil, which is a great moisturizer bc it absorbs well, has little smell, doesn't oxidize like less processed oils, and doesn't clog or irritate my sensitive skin. It has a thinner texture to most oils & leaves very little residue after absorbing -- the skin feels moisturized & soft but I don't continue to feel it sitting on my skin -- which is a good for sensory issues. This giant bottle is a great price & lasts me all year! My only complaint is that it's hard to neatly pour out when the bottle is full, I think I'd prefer a pump

    If I could I would give it 20 stars. The one problem I have with it is that after taking 1 Tbl of the oil, I feel infused with so much energy I have to go to the Gym to work it off. Some days I don't have the time, so I skip taking it that day. I also never take it after 6pm, otherwise I can't sleep.

    MCT Oil is good

    I recommend this MCT Oil. I wish it were available in a glass bottle, but understand it is a lot heavier to ship, etc. I plan to order more.

    Works great, less filling

    Always good for low temp cooking. It works very well as the oil necessary for a popcorn popper, which is one of the things I use it for. Light taste. Great as an oil and vinegar combo for salads.

    MCT oil is great but.......

    The MCT oil is very good and high quality but the bottle is very tall and I have to store it lying down in my cupboard. But the problem is that somehow, either the bottle seems to leak slightly- not much, even when closed, or there's a drop that rolls down it's side and I don't like that, It makes a mess. Otherwise very good product. Swanson please shorten the bottle

    I love that this is a 32oz bottle and the MCT is wonderful. A great buy for the money!! However I wish the lid to the bottle didn’t leak the oil. Maybe invest in a rubber seal? Much love.
