She has found these to be very reassuring to wear to prevent any accidents while she is sleeping. She also wears them on long trips where rest stops may be infrequent. She said that they are comfortable to wear under most of her clothes and she has not experienced any leakage.

I don't need these 24/7, luckily; however just for those days when I seem to start having issues. Having a chronic bladder and kidney condition, now that I am aging it has become a problem. These offer dependable protection at a fraction of the cost of name brands like Depend or Always. They handle light to moderate leaks very well, without feeling bulky or soggy. No leaks during the day or while sleeping! The material is gentle on the skin and doesn’t cause irritation. Feels more like regular underwear than you’d expect. Not overly bulky, fits under clothing nicely. Greiat for work, errands, or even travel. You get more for less compared to national brands, and the quality is genuinely comparable.

The one thing I did not like about this product is the waist band area stretches out very quickly (within the first hour of wear) which makes them a bit uncomfortable to wear once this happens as they no longer fit securly.

I have been using these for a while and NEVER have these torn while I was wearing them. They became detached at the waistline. The new packaging is cute or whatever…but y’all did NOT have to change to a thinner material that will fall apart.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I’m 70 and can still use pads to take care of my occasional bladder leaks, I appreciate the opportunity to test and review Up & Up Adult Protective Underwear for Bladder Leaks. *Absorbency To test this most important factor, I gradually added water in four ounce increments to the padded part of these pants. I’m impressed! After adding 12 ounces, which is a LOT of water, there was no leaking at all! *Sizing and Comfort At first, I was a bit concerned about how these pants would fit. I wear size 6 or Small in trousers and shorts but was asked to test size Large. Surprisingly, Up & Up’s size Large underwear fit me well. They are quite comfortable, and I could wear them at night without notice. During the day, they felt just like regular underwear as I carried out my usual activities — exercise, shopping, housework, and socializing. I actually forgot I wasn’t wearing my usual underwear, and I’m confident no one could tell I was wearing protective underwear. Note: Unless the Small version stretches quite a bit, I fear it might be too tight for me; however, I suspect the size Medium would stretch enough to be comfortable. *Durability These underwear, designed for single use, seem quite durable. I would guess typical wearing would be 10-12 hours — maybe less with major bladder leaks of more than 12 ounces!! I asked my 90 year old mom to test the pants and share her thoughts. Mom wears a size 8 in regular pants and had previously purchased a different brand of protective underwear in size Medium. She preferred the larger size Up & Up brand and, in the future, will purchase this brand in size Large. She appreciates Up & Up’s protective absorbency and had no concerns about leaking. Her only suggestion for improvement was better marking to differentiate the back from the front. To summarize, these pants definitely passed the most important absorbency, durability, and comfort tests and earned the five star rating!
