TV blew out in less than 1 month of use. I purchased this TV in November’24, in anticipation of my first home purchase. I closed on my place in May and set the TV up, out of the box. It worked for less than 2 weeks 🤦🏾♀️ DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This TV completely died on me in under two years. I reached out to their customer service who acted like they would help, had me fill out a bunch of information, only to tell me they couldn't help as it had been over a year since purchase (why didn't they tell me this in the first place?). I have read other negative reviews that show other people are having the same issues with these TVs. If you are looking for a good TV in this price range, try TCL - we have had much better luck with their reliability!

This unit replaced an ancient tv/fire stick combo and it like night and day. We would never use the old tv because of how clunky the interface was, but this new Westinghouse unit is so smooth and responsive. Sound is decent quality out of the box and you couldn't beat the price. Would definitely buy again!

The tv is ok so far but the sound is terrible. My husband said everything sounds like it’s coming out of a tin can and that hit the nail on the head. I’ll probably keep the tv because the price was good but we definitely have to buy a soundbar.
