Philips Sonicare 4100 Plaque Control Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush - HX3689/24

It works - holds a charge and looks cute, but it’s really for a child. Half the size of a regular sonicare and puts out half the power. I was disappointed and ended up getting the “normal” one, which actually cleans my teeth

Stopped working after two months!! The toothbrush isn’t charging. Of course these is no refund option on a toothbrush sooo…I’m out $40

Great toothbrush! Only complaint is it came with a card in the box that said scan and text for a free replacement head and I did all that, then registered my toothbrush with receipt and everything, only for the sonicare site to say they no longer are giving out a free replacement head. love the brush and the packaging, but don’t give a card that says free brush head then for it to say they are no longer doing it

It's ridiculous to only provide a USB cable to charge a toothbrush, like we all have usb outlets in our bathrooms. Also, the battery died after 5 months. Working through process of filing a warranty claim now and will plan to come back and update once that is complete. As of right now, my rating stays at one star.

This toothbrush works like you would expect a soniccare to work. Nothing much to say there. My real beef and the reason I took off 1 star is because the charger is usb and doesn't come with a power adaptor. Now I should have seen this before for I purchased and I didn't so that's bad on me. However, I never thought this was something I had to look for on a bathroom appliance. Unless your house was built VERY recently, you don't have a usb port in the bathroom. So now you have to buy an adaptor or some kind of extentsion cord with usb ports included. So that knocks down the value. This is a major oversight in my opinion. I literally do not know a single person who has usb ports in their bathroom... I checked. Even my bff who's house is only 4yo doesn't have them. Lucky for me I had my old sonicare charger and it works for the new handle. So I would not recommend this unless you are prepared to buy an adaptor of some sort inorder to charge your handle. Honestly had I realized, it would have been a deal breaker for me.

I’m not sure if they updated or changed the old one, but this brush was terrible. It kept stalling during my first brush. I threw it out after one use, could not even return since it was at a discounted price

Product works brilliantly... no bells and whistles.. Just good brushing and a timer.. perfect

Toothbrush it self it really good but the heads are too small

Brush head is tiny. Have to go thru cycle 3x before teeth get clean.

Other than that, I love the clean feeling after using it. Just like after a cleaning at the Dentist office. Takes a little understanding on use and the timer. But great product
