For a healthy lifestyle
Decided to try out this supplement for stress. It has helped me throughout the day by providing a little boost during the 3pm grog and keeping me alert until at least the end of my work day. I would suggest you start with an open mind and give it a chance.

Good supplement
These are a bit bigger than other B vitamins I've taken but they're not any harder to swallow than other capsule pills. I'd probably have to take them for longer to notice whether or not they help with stress but otherwise they're a good B-complex supplement.

Great for stress levels
I have been feeling a lot better since I started taking Thore Stress B Complex. My energy and stress levels have been very high this fall due to covid, work etc and I was looking for something to help snd I found it.

Adequate Supplement
Not sure how I exactly feel about the Thorne Stress B-Complex. Honestly, it seems to be okay, but I would really need to use this product for an extended period of time to see the full benefits. I typically use supplements for a longer time to really see if the product works or not. I am not totally discouting this product

High quality vitamins
I like these vitamins. I mean, they’re vitamins, but these are good ones. B complex is important for immune support and mood, and I have taken a B complex vitamin for years. This brand is good; I don’t think the pills are difficult to swallow, and most importantly, they’re high quality vitamins (no fillers).

Less stress, more energy
Ive used this several times now. I tend to have anxiety and i have used this when i felt that coming on. Ive seen more energy and less stress. Hope to keep using this in the future, and will probably suggest to family as well.

Not much difference
I haven't noticed much of a difference other than neon urine. I was a little alarmed at first, but then realized that it was b complex probably in this supplement, which I think means adsorption isn't really happening. I drink plenty of water.

Minimal Ingredient list, good nutrients
I really like that this supplement has a minimal ingredient list so there is no real filler other than what is needed. The mix of nutrients in each capsule is a good set. One capsule needed to get all the nutrients listed is also great so this bottle gives me a full 60 days of usage. There is no real taste when swallowing the capsule, which is a little on the bigger side. I prefer a larger capsule to having to take multiple capsules. Overall this is a good stress and b-complex supplement that is easy to take.

Talk to physician
I cannot tell whether or not these are regulated by the FDA so I’m going to assume it’s not. It says take 1-3 daily (!!) or as told by your physician. 3 daily would burn through this bottle fast. Seems like an okay product but going to talk to my physician before taking more. Not sure I was able to take it long enough to see a big enough effect.

Working good so far
So I’ve only been taking these for approximately 3 weeks, but they definitely seem to be helping a little bit. I have 3 kids, 2 under the age of 12, so I can get pretty stressed🤣 But, lately I’ve been a little more relaxed. Only difference is I’ve been taking these pills. Looking forward to seeing if my stress levels improve.

Meh
I took these for a while hoping it'd help me feel a little more balanced and i didn't feel much of a difference even after a couple weeks. So take that with a grain of salt. Some things can be helped with vitamins and others can't.

Definitely helping with stress related hair loss
These vitamins work really well but they have a terrible aftertaste. I have been dealing with stress related hair loss and after taking these for about a month I definitely see a difference. They have definitely helped. I would definitely recommend this.

Very impressed!
I was actually pretty impressed with the Thorne Stress B-Complex the capsules are larger then I’m normally used to but honestly the gel coating made them extremely easy to swallow, I also enjoyed that they didn’t leave any bad after taste. After taking them for some time I started noticing I felt a lot less stress with more energy these really seem to work for me and I will definitely continue to repurchase them.

Stress free!
I have only had this product for a week so I cannot give it a true rating at the moment but I’m very excited to see how this product works. So far I am seeing some improvements here and there to my stress but nothing substantial yet.

Work nicely
So far these work really nicely. They’re big though, and can be harder to swallow. I don't take them every day, but when I so I seem to have more energy and am more relaxed throughout the day. My husband also takes them and likes them.

Decent B Complex Supplement
I have always noticed that I benefit from adding B vitamins to my diet. This supplement is my favorite so far. It is reasonably sized and does not have an overpowering flavor or smell (I hate the smell of some B vitamins!). I take it before bed and feel that it has contributed to a greater quality of rest.

Hard to swallow
I’m not one for fluff words like the Stress part. If the FDA doesn’t test it then its snake oil language. But at its core its basic B-Complex. If your doctor or nutritionist recommends you take it then it will do. Aside from the claims, I’m not a big fan of swallowing pills in capsule form factor. However this type of capsule is great if you need to mix the contents into something like pudding for your kids, just twist and sprinkle. So I would recommend if the value per dose is worth it to you.

Stress Free? Why YES!
I’ve always been extremely curious about stress vitamins and I have to say, these have completely changed my mind about them. I realized how much these changed my demeanor and felt a difference in a little over a week. They were odorless, tasteless and were easy to ingest. I felt that they worked extremely well for me, and still do. Great product that I will continue to take!
