VIZIO Class Quantum 4K QLED HDR Smart TV

5 days post manufacturer warranty, display has blinking screen. Contact the technical support they were very nice but of course there's nothing they can do about the warranty this needs a full replacement. It's the weekend so had I turn on the TV earlier during the work week I may have caught it good luck to you if you bought this.

Vizio is a great quality product. Had a previous Vizio and it was great that lasted years. This TV color is amazing. Love all the apps. Works great with PlayStation too

Ordered a new TV and was shipped a returned item with no manual, remote, stand, nothing but the bare screen.

The first ship dat was for 11:19 p.m. on a Friday evening, August 8. What could possibly go wrong! The next notice states only that shipping is delayed, and that's been the message well into the evening of August 9. Cancellation is not allowed because, according to Target, the package cannot be located. I'll guess the "lost" package is related to the description on the box that a 55" tv is inside.

I still have a lot to learn about the tv, but I think it’s great so far! I’m so used to Fire TVs, so I’ve got some exploring to do.

I have had nothing but problems with the Tv being frozen everytime it is turned on. I have to unplug from wall, wait a few mins and then it works!

Nothing was sent to help me install the television I don't understand how this could happen With all products you need instructions so you know you are doing it correctly

Very plug and play - uncomplicated to use out of the box

Very frustrating experience. The TV disconnects from the internet every single day, and I have to manually reconnect it each time. It interrupts streaming and makes smart features basically useless. Would not recommend especially if you rely on consistent Wi-Fi connectivity.

The colors are great, the sound unbealivable, i love how it looks in my bedroom.

For the price can't beat it

The delivery was sent to wrong address. Same apartment complex, but wrong apartment. The shipping address was corect, the delivery was done wrong.

I bought this TV Monday and it was delivered Wednesday. Still learning about all the great features.

Good quality tv. Especially at price point. Set up requires wifi connection, a Vizio account and patience. Easy for me, but I would’ve had to help my parents navigate once it’s plugged in.

I bought as an anniversary present for my wife. She loves it. Not one complaint about the TV. She loves the bright vibrant colors and clarity of the image.

I would never buy another Vizio again. It constantly gets disconnected from WiFi!

Went to store to pickup TV... they didn't have it even though the website said 3 in stock Their reasoning was "it cracked" Lousy service and horrible worker.

This TV is terrible. It constantly turns itself off. Probably 85% of the time when turning the TV on the screen is just black, you can’t access anything unless you unplug the TV and plug it back in.

Hunk of junk! Started acting up within the first week. Would not turn on, trouble connecting to the internet or going to the home screen. Wouldn't work with the remote, other than the voice feature then that stopped working. Screen would be blank or just play the home screen ads with no sound. We were dependent on using our old fire stick and the Vizio app as a remote. The fire stick worked ok, so it is not our internet connection, it is something with the TV. I reached out to Vizio customer service the first week we had the TV but never heard back. We've had this TV a month and more and more features are disappearing. Now the screen intermittently goes shades of green and pixilated. Tried factory reset, with no improvement. Will try to exchange for a different brand at Target but some stores are touchy about electronics returns. Save yourself the money and headache and leave this one on the store. This will be our first and last Vizio.
