  • A: Thank you for your inquiry. We do not recommend those two methods of cleaning this particular rug. Blot spills immediately with a clean cloth. Apply a carpet stain remover according to that cleaner’s instructions. Professional rug cleaning is also recommended as needed.

    Poor quality but pretty

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is much poorer than I expected, but given the price it’s probably what I should have expected. The pile is as high as it says, just the fibers are thin and scraggly, not plush and thick like a high quality rug. It is just as pretty as it looks in the picture, but I don’t expect it to keep the floor warm at all in the winter.

    Soft and Pretty

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently removed the carpet from the living room and replaced it with LVP. My 3 year old was upset that the carpet was now gone so I looked for a softer and aesthetically pleasing rug that would function the same way as the carpet (a soft surface for jumping and rolling around). My 3 year old loves the rug and our guests love it too!

    Good Rug at a Decent Price Point

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this rug to add some texture and coziness to our finished basement. I didn't want to spend a lot, seeing as how we don't spend a ton of time in the space and it's mostly teens who hang out down there. I don't want to fret about someone dropping a chicken wing or spilling a Celsius on a rug. I've had this rug for nearly 5 months now and I'm pleased with it. It needed a few days to lay flat, which I helped along by putting books on the corners. I did not notice any off-putting odors when I opened the rug. I don't have any kind of gripper or rug pad underneath it, and have had zero issues with it shifting on our LVP floors. It isn't the thickest, comfiest rug you'll find, but I also wouldn't expect it to be at this price point.
