Great for the body.

I currently taking PSserine w/ PScholine when i started taking it. I didnt notice an additional memory improvement. Every month theres a time that i feel weak maybe because of hormonal change but on the duration of taking this vitamins i didnt feel muscle weakness.

Good Product

I think this is a very good product but I feel that the Swanson Brand works just as well. With that being said give this a try if you would like. I have taken both and now I just use Swanson.

Feeling better

i noticed a difference in the way my brain works since i have started taking this. So much so, that i have my husband on it too. It's a little pricey but i like the fact that it's organic. I have been taking this for about 8 months now.

Ok product

I've been taking Lion's mane for about a month and I did notice an improvement in my sense of smell (not that I needed it). Other than that, it's helpful for nerve growth, and I don't have a way of knowing whether it worked or not. Slight improvement in concentration, but I do take a lot of other stuff. Overall, I like it, I'll keep it in my daily supplements.
