Perfect Ice Crusher
This blender is fantastic! I use the ice crush setting to blend my Quest Protein Shakes with ice cubes, and the results are perfect. All of the ice is crushed leaving no large pieces, and the drinks are scrumptious! A frothy delight!

DONT BUY FROM TARGET ONLINE
Do not buy from target online. package was delivered to the wrong address. And customer service said it was successfully delivered. Even the photo of where it was delivered was not my house. I recommend buying from store and never online.

Absolutely horrible. The thing cannot blend ice or anything frozen. It overheats after 1 minute of use, and does not hold a charge well. Whatever you do, just buy yourself a normal blender.

Finally! Frozen Fruit Conquered!
Two blends with rock hard, frozen fruit chunks so far. Grinds right through them. This is my 5th personal blender, which I use daily. It is the first one that can blend frozen fruit, so I don’t need ice. And, I can put the whole 11oz Premier Protein shake and frozen fruit, since I don’t need ice. If this things lasts, you have a winner!!!

Waste of Money
I love shark/ninja products and never had an issue but not this time. Absolutely the worst product I have ever bought. I was so disappointed. Takes extremely long to charge and only charges for a single use. I bought 6mos ago used 2-3 times. I may as well have just tossed the money out the window.

This should cost $20 because that's all the use you will get out of it. Only holds enough charge to make 3-4 smoothies and I always end up with a half blended smoothie. It also has a really hard time with frozen fruit. The blades lock up when using frozen fruit and it gets really hot and starts smoking. What a piece of crap. Do not buy this.

Not worth the price.
I thought that this was going to be great based on other reviews however it overheats so quickly and the blade is not very strong. I had frozen fruit and o had to keep doing a few pieces at a time.

Great, but doesn't last long.
I love this blender!! I love the portability and take it with me when I travel. However, the battery/motor doesn't last long. It really needs a little more power, battery and capacity. It would be nice to have 2 more ounces of volume. I've had two and neither lasted long before it didn't have power to blend frozen fruit nor the battery to finish a full smoothie cycle. It needs some improvements made for sure, but the concept and portability are great. Because the life of the product isn't long, the price should definitely be cheaper.

Great portable blender!
I’m very pleased with my purchase! My husband has the original version but this version is much better because it detaches from the base so is much lighter. I typically use it for my post workout smoothies and it blends really well, and the charge lasts for a few uses.

6 months later I have a useless base unit
I do not recommend. Says it’s dishwasher safe. Washed container in dishwasher one time and the cup is warped. Contacted company and was told it’s not under manufacturer warranty. So after 6 months I have a useless base unit. I suggest trying nurtibullet flex which is also cheaper.

Disappointed, but still like this product.
Purchased this as a birthday gift for myself. Was excited to use it but upon 1st use, the unit turned off due to over heating. So, disappointing. I do like it, just wish the machine wouldn't overheat so quickly as this was not a cheap product.

I won this in a raffle at my work and I love it! I put frozen fruit in it along with nuts and yogurt and it did the job well. It’s not like those other portable blenders that you have to shake because it was too weak to chop the ice. It’s not very lightweight but I’m glad
