Depend Guards have maximum absorbency for larger surges of wetness and offer cup-shaped protection that fits in your own briefs or boxer briefs. They should not be worn with boxers. Men's Depend Guards feature a strong adhesive and Comfort-Flex leak barriers for protection when active. Each Guard comes individually wrapped in a discreet, pocket-sized pouch for easy carrying and disposal. To use, peel off the paper strip and make sure the arrow faces up before placing within your underwear. Depend adult incontinence products are latex-free, lotion-free and fragrance-free. Depend Guards for Men are one-size-fits-all and designed with a man's body in mind.

I had a family member who had recently and diagnosed with prostate cancer in which they developed a urinary leak. They were able to fit these discreetly in their underwear to catch it throughout the day. The pads are extremely absorbent, and there is no smell from the urine which is a nice bonus. This gave my family member their confidence back to go out in public while they were going through their prostate cancer treatment. I would highly recommend this item to any male who’s dealing with any sort of daily incontinence.
