[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used many different pencil eyeliners. This is not one of the good ones! The color itself is pretty, but the application is terrible. The product is quite dry, making it impossible to have any measure of precision. It did not apply on the waterline smoothly either. Staying power was ok but not impressive - the waterline application transfers and disappears after a couple of hours. I would forgive the lack of precision if the smudge tip actually worked! It is made of a hard smooth plastic material (maybe silicone?) that works better as an eraser than a blending tool. All it does is blend the eyeliner away and pull on your skin. I would not recommend this product. I was given this product in exchange for an honest review.

However, the tip broke off the eyeliner second time I used it and I needed to do multiple layers, which required the smudge tool as it didn’t go on very smoothly. For the price, it would be worth trying!

Seems that will last for a while (I also use it only for apecial ocassions). The liner pencil makes it very easy to apply. I think it is a beautiful option.

I have green/blue eyes and tend to lean towards shades of brown and bronze for eyeliner. This color was a beautiful blue! Dark enough just to give off a hint of blue when wearing, and brings out my eye color. It’s a creamy texture that dries quickly, and stays long!

Pigmentation is 10/10, blends so effortlessly and the applicator makes it so easy to apply. Definitely worth it!

It’s excellent for brightening up around my eyes and waterline, and it doesn't even smudge. I also like that the color shows up well without looking chalky. It's a perfect pick if you want your eyes to look more awake. Definitely recommend to all my friends.

First off, I have to say the shade “Cherry” is super fun. It’s not your typical black or brown liner—it’s a rich, bold red that adds a playful pop to any look. I like that it can be worn in a subtle way for just a hint of color on the lash line or built up for something more dramatic. It’s definitely different, and I love that it pushes me out of my usual comfort zone. The formula is creamy enough to glide on smoothly without tugging, which makes application quick and easy. Once it sets, it doesn’t smudge easily, and it holds up well for most of the day. I wore it during a hot afternoon, and it stayed surprisingly intact, which impressed me. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it takes a little more layering than I expected to get a super vibrant payoff. Also, if you want a sharp line, you’ll need to keep it freshly sharpened since it’s a pencil. Overall, it’s a fun, long-lasting eyeliner that adds a unique twist to my makeup routine.

But before even using it, when I applied it to my hand and tried rubbing it, it didn’t move. It is a nice deep blue and has amazing color payoff for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Revlon kindly gifted me this eyeliner pencil in the shade navy (matte) so that I could review it. This eyeliner is advertised as waterproof and that's definitely accurate! I had to put some serious elbow grease to remove it. The shade is a true navy color that looks great with brown eyes. The liner is creamy and easy to smudge, but don't wait too long, because it does set fast. Once it's set, it's there to stay until you remove it. This liner is perfect for the hot CA summer. Overall, I'm very impressed and look forward to trying other shades such as brown and black.

It doesn’t apply very smoothly, and it takes multiple passes to become opaque, which makes getting a sharp wing difficult. It has decent staying power. I would use this as a base for smoky eyeshadow looks, but I probably wouldn’t reach for it on its own. You can buy better quality eyeliners for at a similar price point.
