Game Changer

I brought it a few days ago and i am loving the machine. I have read some less than flattering reviews about how it does not freeze the mix. However i think people are missing the point. For example i have a number of fruit trees in my yard and while after diner it is okay to eat an apple for desert when you make it into a sorbet it adds a whole new dimension of desert. now i have tried to make sorbet before and it always ends up grainy and icy. With the Swirl i got a couple 0f apples off the tree cut out the bugs and run through the blender. Filled the tubs and then put it in the freezer. next night run it through the swirl. it was fantastic! smooth ,rich ,creamy to the tonged and super refreshing. All very easy and made just from apple no sweetener great for calorie counting and desert for the week so good so easy to get such a professional product. If i had any issue it would be nice if it came with 6 tubs rather than the 2 Tubs.

Feature packed: but has bugs and bad hardware.

In less than a few weeks the motor went out. Called up ninja support and they were willing to replace for free, but just decided to return the product. It’s a lot of hassle and not worth it even when it is working….

Excellent machine, very happy

I bought this for my daughters special birthday and due to her busy life with two boys she wanted the product returned. I thought about it and then decided to keep it myself. I use it everyday and am amazed everytime. Some of the foods I didn't expect to taste so amazing was banana on its own (comes out creamy and like ice cream) and pineapple tin (unbelievable). I am giving an honest review and not endorsed. It takes a little to learn but not too long with all the Instagram and you tube tips. The quality of the machine is excellent. I'm very happy with it. Winter it might get a break but I intend to use it three seasons in a year. Had to put a review, it's that good...

I can't see what I'm trying??? This system needs help. The main thing I wanted to share is how, when the first one was delivered, the box was all ripped and taped up. My husband had to jump through hoops to find another one. So far the actual machine is nice, but only used it with a lot of help from my child so can't really rate or review it yet.

Bad Shipping with FedEx

Christmas gift so not opened yet. My complaint is with shipping. FedEx didn't deliver it to house so had to go looking for item. Box looks rough with rips, holes and tape is torn. Embarrassed to give as gift due to box condition. Beware of shipping!

Delivery lie

I ordered this for my son. It was supposed to be delivered the 18th now it’s telling me it’ll be delivered the 23rd. I’m really stressing about it and I won’t order nothing else from target you can’t contact customer service or nobody or not and I don’t wanna deal with a stove like this.

waste of money! if you own a blender don't buy!

It's super loud sounds like a helicopter taking off. Super big and clunky. Overly complicated, I wanted to make a milk shake and filled half the basin. But you can't click half and choose milk shake you have to choose full .. dumb. Didn't breakup the mix ins. The recipe used too much milk to ice cream ratio and was basically flavored milk. This machine doesn't chill or freeze anything. It only blends stuff together. Waste of money. Will be returning
