Didn’t receive the item. Only half the parts and a bottle of maple syrup. Customer service is no help. They said there was no other option available to replace my item, but oddly enough, it’s still available if I try to purchase it again, and for more than what I paid originally. Weird…

Disappointed

We ordered this shower head online 12/17 and received it on 12/26. Installation is simple but it leaks on the diverter (between the piece connects to shower arm and the piece with the set screw). We spent couple of hours trying to figure it out but no luck. We suspect the shower head is a defective product returned by other consumer and repackaged to ship to us. We will return it and try different brands
