I see a lot of bad reviews for this but it worked great!! Yes, it took me like 5-10 minutes to find the heart beat (it was hard!) I did find it and got a strong one with accurate numbers. This device saved me a lot of trips to the boutique ultrasound for reassure scans.

Can't detect baby
It does pick up my own heartbeat if I place the probe over my heart. However, when I try to check for my little one. It doesn’t work. Now I know they’re ok because I have an ultrasound a few hours ago. I was just testing the product. I am quite disappointed that it doesn’t work at 19 week, 1 day. I will say I am not skinny, I have a higher BMI but my OB office has no issues ever with Doppler.

It comes with zero ultrasound gel. Great it comes with batteries still can’t use it. For 70$ I figured it at least came with a small trial amount. The user manual print is so small it’s hard to see even with glasses on. What’s the point in that? For 70$ I feel like it should be all inclusive and not annoy my pregnancy hormones.

Got this as Christmas gift for my daughter in law who is having the worst morning sickness ever hoped it would help hearing her little human when she’s feeling so awful. Well she’s 14 1/2 weeks pregnant and u can hear baby that’s for sure! Plan on getting this for everyone I know that is expecting!

Obviously not as good as the doppler your OB would use, HOWEVER it works very well. Can easily find and hear baby's heartbeat. I got this because my baby's placenta is anterior, so sometimes I can't feel him, got this device so I could hear his heartbeat and put my mind at ease. It works perfectly for that. You will need ultrasound gel but that you can just get from amazon or something. This product definitely works!
