Good stuff
This MSM has helped my joints and skin. I have psoriasis and it has helped calm the itching.I also had a pimple on my forehead for 2yrs that would not go away, after using MSM for a couple months I noticed the pimple was healed!! Be careful of taking the full 1/2 tsp, I experienced bad diarrhea and had to reduce to 1/4 tsp.

Thicker Hair
Love NOW products, always NON-GMO. I found a protocol to help with my memory from Dr. John Gray and it was 15grams NON-GMO Vitamin C, MSM, and Taurine. Along with lithium orotate and l. Theanine. It has definitely worked, but the side benefit of the MSM was that my hair stopped falling out, my eyelashes got thicker and my skin is improving. All three of those help with skin, but the MSM was the key to my hair health, and it also helps with joints. Love it.

made wrong choice
I cannot use this. I thought I was buying regular MSM powder. It has a slightly sweet taste and this is awful. Cannot use it with juice as I cannot drink juices. e

NOW MSM Powder
Love anything NOW and this product is no exception. Great quality, good price @ Swanson site, and no taste or after taste.

Purity
However safe additional ingredients in a capsule may possibly be, I prefer that a product contains only the pure basic ingredient. Now brand MSM is an excellent pure organic powder that is satisfactory in every way.

SO WHERE'S THE SULFUR?
I have always strived to ingest an abundance of sulfur for the benefit of my overall wellness / immune system, hair, nails, skin, and joints. Sulfur, being a component of Amino Acids is available in protein foods, such as meats, eggs, beans, as well as cruciferous vegetables, particularly cabbage, kale, broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts, and of course abundantly in onions and garlic. Not coincidentally, these foods make up the core of my regular diet. Even with my consumption of a good variety of sulfur rich foods daily, I value sulfur's role in overall health, fitness, and wellness so highly that I add 1 tsp of MSM Powder to my morning 'Healthy Cocktail.' This MSM, MethylSulfonylMethane, Powder from NOW Foods is very user friendly and a good buy. . . . Easy to mix into any form of 'Green Drink' or 'Healthy Cocktail' I whip up, be it stirring, shaking in a jar, or using the blender, with no taste issue or negative effect in any way at all. Personally, I see the positive results in my skin and hair, as do others from the compliments I receive. I'll put my nails up against any on the planet for strength and fast growth. And I feel the benefits in my joints when my MSM and sulfur intake is consistently rich. Seriously, I feel that everyone can benefit in ever so many ways from making sure they ingest a rich and regular supply of sulfur by including a tsp of NOW Foods' MSM Powder in their daily diet as I do. Works for me.

Very convenient for putting in protein shakes.
I love this form for putting in my protein shakes instead of taking large tablets.

good high quality msm
while I can't tell you what msm is good for, I love taking it! I love the fact that now foods makes msm at 75% less cost than the msm I was taking previously. absolutely no added ingredients, so the product will clump. I use warm water to dissolve the crystals. be sure not to use tap water or microwaved water. chlorine will inactivate the msm, and microwaved water is worse than tap water. I'll let you do your own research on that... take msm twice a day, one tsp for every 100# of body weight for best effectiveness. msm's life is only 12 hours, hense the need to take it twice a day.

Excellent!
Dissolves quite nicely! I put 1/2 scoop in a glass of water and actually enjoy the slightly bitter flavor! I appreciate the fact that this MSM powder is 99.7% pure and the price is great! This is the brand for me!

Great Product But ..
This is a great product for the money but the purity could be a little better. It's purity is 99.7% versus 99.9%. I don't regret ordering this product as it is a great deal for a good product but I'll look for a higher purity next time like Doctors Choice.

MSM Powder
Tastes terrible, but grape juice helps mask it. This is one product that after using it a while I realized my joints were more flexible.

Much Better than Swanson Brand
I previously used Swanson Brand MSM powder. I got very disgusted with the awful sulfur taste. I decided to try the NOW Foods brand and have found it to be a much better product. It has a much milder taste than the Swanson Brand. It also dissolves in water much more quickly. The only downside is that it clumps more readily.

When I purchased msm in powder form I didn't realize how awful the taste is. I took one dose of it and knew immediately this was not for me. My next purchase of msm will be in capsule form.
