It also has Boswellia Extract (Indian Frankincense), which I wasn't familiar with, but it's supposed to help with overexertion (which I often do to myself inadvertently!) After a few weeks of trying these capsules out my back and knees feel less achy the night of a long run. Unfortunately, it does contain shellfish, so my husband can’t take it because of his allergy.
