I've paid three times as much for fancy Magnesium complexes and nothing works as well as this combo. It is amazing for sleep. I gift it to my friends and highly reccommend!

This is a great substitute to replace the out of stock and slow production of total-mins iron free. 2 tablets , twice a day. The only thing this does not have is the trace minerals that total-mins has. Not that important, since the source of these minerals are highly assimilated over other brands.

excellent for electrolyte balance--need enough magnesium and vitamin D to keep certain things working properly. This plus magnesium taurate, magnesium glycinate, and taurine keep my heart problem in check (plus a bit of dr. prescribed Rx) At a check up with my electrophysiologist I showed him alist of all supplements I take and asked-"is there anything here I should not be taking considering my health issues". He said I should keep taking what I am taking because I am in good shape due to that and his low dose of meds. "Every cell in your body needs this". Doctors have told me they try to get their heart patients (hypertension, afib) to take some supplementAL Magnesium---most of the patients refused because medical insurance does not pay for vitamins.So even though macro and micro mins are not expensive---and Magnesium taurate and taurine are great for afib---many people refuse the doctors' suggestion and would rather take a very expensive drug for a very more serious comnditon--which is what eventually happens if you do not take care f yourself in addition to what your doctors are doing for you.Iam not telling anyone to take any specific supplements for any medical conditioins because I am not that person's doctor and I am not a doctor. I am just describing my experienc e in managing some health issues by combining allopathic medical treatment and rx's, plus varius food and supplement uses..

Was looking for a great Mag supplement WITHOUT magnesium stearate (inhibits elemental MAG absorption in the product). I have gained much more results with this combo than attempting to dose individual Calcium and Magnesium tablets. Fewer “pills” to consume Hurray!!! Sooooo much easier and convenient! AWESOME stuff!

This is a great product ... "the Calcium/Magnesium/Potassium" ... I've had very few leg cramps since adding it to my dietary supplements. My last bone density was good too. I can surely recommend it to anyone.

Every time I order these there are always broken tablets. This time even the cap was cracked, safety seal was intact so I used them but I am looking to make a change from tablets to something that will hold up in shipping.
