Annie Selke - Dash & Albert Marled Brown Handwoven Cotton Rug, 8x10, Brown

Great rug and coloreay! I have an open area in a townhome where colors have to compliment each other .These r in my kitchen. Opening work area one behind the island.

Unfortunately this rug is impossible to vacuum. It’s a beautiful rug, but you can only vacuum it going one direction, which is a huge pain.

I bought the rug in Marled Brown. If your like me, and you are very picky about coordinating things then you will appreciate what I love about this rug. Many "brown" tone rugs come with a very strong undertone to them whether cool or warm or neutral. This rug is what I can only describe as the most neutral tone of brown I can imagine. I was worried before it arrived, but it is PERFECT! Also seems to be of good quality. If you put it on hard floor you will want a rug gripper, but mine is on carpet. I also picked this as it has NO rubber backing that can damage carpet underneath, so it is perfect for my needs!

I love this rug! I'm going to order a larger one to go with this small one. It lays flat and is just heavy enough!

I purchased this runner to go in front of my dishwasher/sink area. I also purchased a pad to go under it. So far, it's been great, I wanted a cotton rug to absorb the water splashes from the sink and dishwasher, and so far it's done the job very well. I also love the texture of it, and it's been easy to vacuum (although the vacuum catches a tad, it's easy to control) It's not washable, but you can spot clean it, which I've had to do once so far. I will also dry clean it if necessary, or just buy another one as it's not too pricey and it may cost a bit to dry clean. I plan to purchase a second one, to go on the other side of my island.

I ordered the 3x5 marled brown rug and rug pad for our guest room, and they are perfect! I have two other Dash and Albert rugs in the kitchen area, so I was already familiar with the excellent quality.

Just recieved this rug yesterday, and I'm already in love. The cotton is very soft, but seems to have amazing durability (2 daschunds rolled and ran all over it without any pulling of the fabric). With the marble brown color, I don't anticipate seeing much dirt. I'm extremely please with this purchase!

Needed a new rug for my husband's bathroom-this one is perfect. Love all Dash & Albert rugs- great quality.
