snags in the rug

I, too, loved the look of this rug but it snags for no apparent reason. It looks really old after several months. It does not hold up unfortunately. This is my 4th Dash and Albert rug but I do not recommend this one.

Poor Quality

I've had this rug since October - started pulling as soon as I put it down. It now has tons of pulls and hasn't worn well AT ALL. It is in my kitchen - We never wear shoes on it and it looks like it's been in there for years. Not a good choice.

Terrible rug - do not buy

Rug started pulling and fraying one day after receiving. WaSte of money. Does not come close to living up to the description of being a durable rug for a high traffic area. Completely false. Would give 0 stars if possible

Do not waste your money

i waited almost 2 months for this rug to come in and after just a couple months its pulling up fraying. i specifically didnt use a vacuum with brushing action as it described in the instructions and it still didnt work. Very disappointed and going to reach out to custom service.

I searched and searched for the perfect rug to go under my casual dinning area. After just a couple months it's coming undone and pulling up. So disappointed. I will be emailing customer support.

BEAUTIFUL RUG!!!

This rug is absolutely stunning. It is the lightest shade of grey and white! I have it in a high traffic area and so far you can't see a sign of dirt or wear! Can't wait to order another!

Great Kitchen rug

I purchased the 2x3 rug and it's perfect for our kitchen, placed below the sink area. I love the quality the design pattern. The color matches the online version. I was impressed at how quickly the rug arrived, we live in California.

great kitchen runner

I bought two pearl grey 2.5x8 runners for our kitchen with white cabinets, blue island cabinets and walnut floor. They are nice and soft underfoot, more than I hoped for from an indoor/outdoor rug! The pearl grey is really a greige - it works fine in our space - but might not work if you are looking for a charcoal grey.

Stair runner

I have one of these indoor/outdoor rugs from 10 years ago. It's great and washable, it always looks new. I bought one runner to test how it would look on the stairs and it's lovely so I'm going all in and buying 2 more. I'll post a pic when it's done.

Herringbone Pearl Grey 3x5 Rug

This rug is perfect! We wanted a rug for our master bath with a simple design that would not be too busy with our granite counter and would work with grey and white. We have several of these rugs and they look amazing after years of use.
