Great product

I've been using this for just over two months and absolutely love it! The taste is great and more importantly I feel better which is saying a lot since I am on the cusp of menopause. I feel more balanced and focused. I feel much less scatterbrained. I am very happy with this supplement.

Mood booster

Seems to have mood boosting effects. I know saffron and vitamin d are known to do this. You also get a surge of energy because of the b vitamins. Great value too.
