    Awful Smell & Taste

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, I would give customer service 5 stars for quickly refunding me on this product. This product smells nothing but alcohol (I don't drink) and it was hard to get down with juice and holding my nose. I was determined to try it for a week but had very little, to no results with my hot flashes. In fact, the 2nd night I woke up soaking wet which I didn't have before. Hope it works for others if you can tolerate the smell and taste.

    This product is a game changer

    This product eliminated my hot flashes. I also had my dad use this product because he is on hormone therapy for his prostate cancer treatments and it reduced his hot flashes as well.

    New to Hot Flashes? GET IT!

    Just began this very interesting part of womanhood; and of course we have all heard of hot flashes, but I never knew the sheer and utter discomfort. Hot flashes and Insomnia combined are an other worldly experience! 🥵😡 Fortunately, someone recommended this spray and I slept through the night for the first time in nearly 3 weeks. Lessened the intensity and frequency, wonderful product - thanks WishGarden.

    Menopause relief

    Easy-to-use

    I've been taking the Hot Flash Tamer for about 3 months now & I noticed my hot flashes seem less intense & less frequently. What I also like about the Hot Flash Tamer from WishGardenHerbs is that it is liquid & I add the liquid to water & it's very easy to take & much more gentle on my stomach compared to capsules or tablets from other companies products.

    amazed what a difference it is making

    I started taking the Hot Flash Tamer about 10 days ago after a friend recommended the website for Wishgarden Herbs. I would typically have 4-5 hot flashes a night. They would always wake me up. For the past week, I have slept straight through the night with zero hot flashes. I'm truly amazed! I still get one or two hot flashes during the day but that is a huge improvement from before I started taking the Hot Flash Tamer. I'll be ordering more!

    This stuff is magic!

    This completely takes my night sweats away! It took about two weeks before it started working but as long as I take it, my night sweats are gone. There was a couple days I forgot to take it and then they came back. I have recommended this to others and they have all thanked me.

    FINALLY...relief

    My hot flashes come and go but when they are here they are horrible. I love that I can use this when I need it but don't have to take it when it's not needed. If you have hot flashes, buy this NOW!

    Effective

    This product effectively reduced hotflashes from 8 per hour to 1-3 mild heat blooms per day when recommended dose was taken consistently- 3mls 3 x day. Began working in a few days.
