Really bulky feeling. Why would a company buy lifeproof company and then use the style that people loved. Bring back the sleek thinner bomber case please!!

Received replacement for worn case. States fits iPhone X but no way can I get this on my phone. I watched multiple videos which show how easily the phone sits in case and plastic piece snaps into place…. Not with the case I received. Guess I will use my broken case until I replace the phone or it breaks. Been satisfied forever until now.

I just replaced my last defender that was 6 years old.

Couldn’t separate the inner shell from the outer shell without fear of breaking the inner shell. Used the old one.

When I received the case and attempted to put my existing phone case into the holster it did not fit. This led me to realize that either I ordered the wrong case or the dimensions have changed. The reason why I ordered a case in the first place is that the holster for my case had broken and you do not offer holsters by themselves. This leads me to suggest two things: 1. Make you holsters stronger so that they do not break so easily. I am in construction so you can understand the risk. You build a very strong case but the spring loaded clip breaks too easily. This was my second time to order a whole case just because I needed a holster. 2. Offer holsters by themselves. They are the item that is most likely to break, not the case. Great case. I broke my last one after about 2 years. I didn't break the phone. Worth every penny, and the customer service is absolutely outstanding. I screwed up my last purchase and they immediately rectified the problem I caused, didn't even make me send the product back. The website is absolute garbage however, so just call and talk to a human. The wait time for me was only 2 or 3 minutes.

This is the ONLY phone or iPad case I'll EVER purchase! The sturdy construct accompanied with the shock absorbing rubber casing have saved my pricey electronics many times over. This case is slim and easily handled giving me a sense of security that surpasses many of its competitors. Not to mention, the company provides great customer service!

I never leave a phone store without one of these on my phone. You can drop it on asphalt and not hurt your phone. Best insurance you can buy for your phone!

Phone case did provide protection but the case caused the phone to drop a lot of calls. I had to buy a new case and the phone has not had the issue

I like the otter box defender but now I can’t used it for the camera because the otter case cover gets scratched from just putting it down and picking it up can I get a new back cover so I can use otter box again? Bad design for camera eye cover to easy to scratch! Can you help me out?

I’ve always had great luck with otter box products and decided that I would wait for shipping before switching to another brand when it needed replacement.
