Area rug came folded up, not rolled up. Buyer beware!

I paid $247 for a beautiful area rug and received it days later all folded up. It's ruined. It would have been beautiful. I would never be able to get the folds out of it. If the seller would send another one rolled up the way every other area rug dealer does, especially when it was a rug for $247, I would feel better about this purchase AND the outside seller. This did not come from a Target warehouse, it probably came from someone's garage. If they won't roll an expensive rug, don't buy it!

9' x 12' 2 Botanical Shag Rug

Received this beautiful rug quickly after ordering. It came rolled/folded along with the performance pad I ordered. When we unrolled them, they laid perfectly flat with no rumples or wrinkles. The color is a tad lighter than it appears on the website but still matches well with my comforter set. I am completely happy with this purchase!

So pretty

I love this carpet. I bought it for a den that I'm sprucing up. It looks great. Slight wrinkles are almost out and new carpet odor is almost gone. I will add a liner to give it more thickness. Great color.
