    Beautiful rug

    The rug quality is great, no odor, and the colors are slightly muted from the computer image, which is what I was hoping. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the rug was folded, not rolled. I've ordered a lot of rugs over the years and they've all been rolled and were good to go; Not a folded rug... it has rolls and ripples that will likely take weeks to flatten, in spite of vacuuming, steaming, and rerolling and unrolling. I don't want to put that much work into a rug.

    Love this rug!

    I love this rug - the colors are beautiful and it looks great! It pulls the room together. The first rug sent was damaged in shipping, but rugs.com customer service was great and I got a replacement quickly. The first one being damaged was unfortunate but understandable with how FedEx has so much volume right now. I love this rug!
