    Too high

    These pillows are super soft and comfy, but they are way too high for actual sleeping, unless you need to sleep at an angle. I don't know that I noticed much difference between one side or the other, the cooling side is textured differently, its got a smoother silky pattern, while the other has a breathable soft fabric

    Keep cool

    Talk about keeping cool. For best results dont put a pillowcase on it. The cool part is already a pillowcase that if you need to wash it it does unzip & removable. When laying on the pillow it does get warm after awhile roll the cool side of it & it will automatically cool up again. Great quality!

    Wonderful COOL pillows

    I LOVE these pillows! I used to have stacks and stacks of pillows on my bed and now I have just two of these. They are the perfect firmness and with a pillow case on them you don't really feel the coolness until you flip them over and then it feels like magic.

    Too big and too firm

    I wanted to like these pillows but they were way too big and too firm. I gave them both to my husband and son to try and they complained about the same thing too. The pillow measures almost 8 inches tall and doesn't give much when you put your head on it. So it was uncomfortable to use. The material and quality seemed nice but the firmness is too intense.

    I didn’t like it.

    The first night, I tried this pillow, I woke up after midnight and my neck was hurting a little bit, so I decided to remove some of the foam from inside the pillow so I can adjust the height of the pillow and I can feel more comfortable. For the cooling option, I didn’t feel any difference than any regular pillow.
