Any good pre-workout has that itch but it goes away the harder you workout I find! The flavor is also top tier. I like that it tastes like strawberries and cream and makes chugging it that much easier! Thank you Alani Nu for getting me through! 👏🏼

It helps me focus at the gym and gives me the boost of energy that I so often need when working out after my 10 hour shift. There’s a bit of a tingly feeling at first but you learn to get used to it and it usually subsides once you start getting into your workout. Also the flavor is great!

It does work in getting me energized for a good workout though! It also dissolves pretty well, which helps.
