[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a bunch of Alani Nu products for my postpartum journey to get back in shape and do it right! 💪🏼 I needed a real pre-workout to help me push through and keep my body moving when it gets really tough to do so. 1 scoop of this pre and I am itching- in a good way- to get my workout in! Any good pre-workout has that itch but it goes away the harder you workout I find! The flavor is also top tier. Great pre workout!

It helps me focus at the gym and gives me the boost of energy that I so often need when working out after my 10 hour shift. There’s a bit of a tingly feeling at first but you learn to get used to it and it usually subsides once you start getting into your workout. Also the flavor is great!
