Best gluten free mix
This is a great gluten free mix! So far I've used it for pancakes, muffins and dumplings. Excellent! My husband even likes everything I've tried and he's very picky. You can find tons of recipes on line. To me it beats most mixed out there and it's gluten free!

Banana Bread
Several years ago, I went gluten free. Breads of all kind were out. I found substitutes, but most aren't close to bread. I miss them sometimes. I read the reviews for this product, then decided to give it a try. I made a batch of banana bread using an old recipe. I did nothing different except measure out Pamela's instead of flour. The banana bread was amazing. I don't remember the wheat flour tasting any better. I will definitely buy this again, and again.

Contains milk products
This is a delicious flour that is easy to use, yummy, but does contain dairy. It is ridiculously expensive, but was referred to me by friends who eat gluten-free. We are lactose intolerant, so prefer to avoid dairy. Does the buttermilk powder enhance the taste? Not sure.

Great Gluten Free Mix
This is the best gluten free mix that I've tried. It makes delicious pancakes and muffins. I add blueberries to the muffin mixture and the muffins are quite yummy. You would never suspect they are gluten free.

Nice Change
Pamela's pancake mix is a nice change of pace for a gluten free product. A bit pricey, but has a bit more texture to the mix than some others I have tried. I will buy it again.

Fluffy pancakes, delicious muffins, moist banana bread- this mix does it all! Pamela's GF mixes are all great but this one is one of the best out there. The price is much better than in the stores too. It's a win win.

Convenient and tasty
When they visit, I prepare the pancakes and waffles for my family who are trying a gluten free diet, and know that it is healthy and won't aggravate their tummies. It won't come out hard and tasting like cardboard if you don't over cook them. Convenient and comes in smaller easy to store sizes. Beats having to mix so many items to make a tasty breakfast. Try it.

Pamela's Products are all so good. No weird taste, or weird consistency like some gluten-free brands. Everything you need is included in the mix, you do not need to go and spend $8 for an additional product to make it the proper consistency. I can not say enough good thing about Pamela's Products. For a marvelous chocolate cake, buy Pamela's. Everyone will love it!

I am a pancake lover in the morning. This pancake mix by Pamela is by far the best tasting and easy to make pancakes I have purchased. I will be ordering on a regular basis.
