Moldy

Terrible terrible terrible smell. It reeks of mold and a chemical smell? Not sure if it’s been affected by our recent rainstorms but it’s effectively impossible to return. Obviously it’s not able to go back in the box and the local Target wouldn’t accept it without one despite customer service saying they would.

Good for back pain!

I don't usually write reviews, but I think this product really helps with my lower back problems. I've used it for about a month, and wake up with a lot less pain. The firm side was not firm enough for me, and the extra firm side was good for my back, but not really comfortable enough. I added my 1.5 inch memory foam topper, and it was perfect. The cover seems like a high quality product, and the non-slip bottom along with the corner straps really keep it in place. If you have lower back, and/or hip pain, this is something worth considering. There are products much more expensive that claim to do the same thing, but for me this is a good product at a reasonable price.
