    I had bought some land end towels years ago so thought I bought the same ones, but apparently, I didn't. They don't feel like they absorb and they pile something awful. I have washed 3 times now and not happy with the results, especially for the price I paid

    Love these towels!

    These are very soft and feel lovely on the skin. They're quite absorbent as well. They're very well made, but may not last 7 years like our last heavier Land's End towels. However, I'll give up a year or two for the lovely softness and absorbency.

    Quality has gone away!

    I recently purchased several full sets of towels with extra items to match. In 3 of 4 sets, the colors don't match across all the items. One set has turned from mint green to yellow in a few months. This last set I ordered was to replace the faded set and it too doesn't match colors--even when I chose Ivory to minimize the whole color situation. I have several sets that were good for 20 years (adult-use only), but the current product is such poor quality that I won't buy again.

    Pretty, but.....

    The deep blue color is pretty and they are very thick towels, also a bit bigger than expected. But the amount of blue lint that has come off of these is crazy! Washed twice so far, I hope it stops shedding or they are impossible to use.

    Super soft!

    After using these super soft towels, I had to order 2 more sets. The difference in softness between them and ones I had been using for 2 years was so great that I had to replace the older towels.

    Great Quality

    We love these towels because they remain soft after laundering, they're a great size and they don't fall apart or shed after each wash. Great quality. This is the second time we have purchased them and we will continue to come back for more.

    Enjoying the color

    Nice, soft towels

    This review is just for the bath towels and not the towel set. Very soft towels. Washed them but haven't had a chance to use them. The color looks more on the orange-ish rose side than on the pinkish side , which I like. The only downside for me is that it is recommended to wash the towels in cold water. I have another set of LE towels and wash them in warm water. They seem ok. Maybe the cold water retains the color longer. Would still recommend these towels.

    Not the same quality as they used to be

    I've recommended Lands End towels to all of my friends. They used to be extremely fluffy - more than anything you'd get at a box store. I just ordered another set and was dismayed they are just regular towels now - not overly fluffy anymore.

    Large, and incredibly soft. I use one tablespoon of Tide liquid detergent for a load, and select "extra rinse". I add no other products that make towels less absorbent - like fabric softeners.

    Everything I wanted

    I bought this as a HS graduating gift for my granddaughter. I love the way the towels look monogrammed. The feel of the pile is in the medium range. There are some other towel brands with deeper pile but I don't think monogramming would be suitable. Also, Also these will dry more quickly. The color is just what I wanted. Sizes are ample and you can read about all measurements before you buy. I think she will love everything about these towels . I will let you know when they are presented! Sorry they are gift wrapped so I don't have a picture!
