    SCAM ARTISTS DONT BUY!

    Not only did they deliver a broken, used walking pad, the delivery driver left it on the driveway which is no where near my front door. So I had to struggle to carry it inside, then go through trying to open it and see it’s completely broken and damaged, so now I have to try and carry this back down two flights of stairs to load it into my car and go spend money to print a return label and carry it into a UPS store. WHY AM I PAYING FOR A RETURN LABEL AND CANT RETURN IT TO A TARGET STORE?! Don’t buy this unless you wanna go through this process because all the reviews that magically now deleted said this comes damaged and broken!! If you can’t tell I’m livid because $120 later for us to do the work for this stupid company’s negligence

    The treadmill is good for a brisk walk but when you’re running it stops so abruptly, you almost fall and restarts after a few seconds and continues to do that every so often during the remainder of the run. I’ve almost fallen plenty of types. It’s a hazard because if I’m not holding on to the rail, I could hurt myself if it stops.

    Who is the manufacturer?

    I actually like the walking pad and feel like I get a good workout, but I’m only giving it one star because the phone holder does not stay attached and there is no manufacturers name listed online, on the box, or on the paperwork. There is only an email address. I sent an email to ask a question about the product a week ago and have gotten no response. This is very suspicious and makes me very concerned that I would not be able to use the warranty if there is a problem later. I recommend purchasing from a legitimate accessible seller.

    Disappointed

    The walking pad might actually be good but I wouldn't know. It was delivered late, opened, used, retaped with loose tools inside a zip loc bag. Clearly refurbished and not packed securely. I was excited to recieve it and use it. Now I will wait out this Winter and go outside for walks.
