    Fun, but arrived damaged

    Mine arrived damaged. The ball pump was cracked, one tube was bent, and while forcing it together, I scraped my knuckle. Instructions were okay but had typos that made things confusing. This is my second one,fun once built, but assembly is a hassle.

    The instruction manuals are terrible!

    Whoever wrote the instruction manual should be fired. Step 4b told me to use the wrong bolts, which drove me crazy. Poor quality control,pieces were labeled wrong. If you buy this, get ready for a stressful assembly.

    Fingers keep getting stuck, net holes are too big

    Why are the net holes so big? Every time we play, fingers get stuck in the netting. It throws off the game, messes up the rhythm, and it hurts! We've played for five days, and everyone,from kids to adults,hates this issue. We need tighter netting or an extra layer to prevent fingers from getting caught!

    Sensors

    Super fun, but the sensors don't work! Keeping score manually isn't the same, especially when your opponent thinks you're cheating, lol. Before you build it, test the sensors. Now I have to take it apart and return it.

    Great for indoors, but NOT for outdoor use. Moisture ruined the backboard fast. Kids got this for Christmas, and they're upset,so am I.

    Tons of fun

    My wife and I love arcade basketball, so we added this to our game room. The different game modes keep it fun, especially when I'm losing! Assembly is a pain, but once it's set up, it's a blast.

    Electronic issues

    Built it, then realized one of the scoring sensors doesn't work. Tried everything, but no luck. Now I have to take it apart just to return it. Total nightmare.

    Poor assembly service from Pop A Shot

    Customer service is slow, and I had to go through too many departments. Canvas is coming off the poles, and only one side of the scoreboard works.

    Assembly is a lot, and the instructions could be clearer. Quality control needs work,backboard had marks, and the game buttons stick sometimes. Otherwise, sturdy and easy to fold.
