Wash and wear

Mine are 3 years old. Left one in my pocket. It was washed in cold water and put in the dryer for 30 minutes. Cushion came off, I put it back on and it worked fine. Sounds good.

Soundcore Liberty 4 NC worst earpod

My left earbud stop working after 1 month of purchase tried everything restart it multiple times but also not working tried to reclaim my warranty every time I try to fill warranty form it shows loading for too long and tells me my order number is incorrect though I put my correct order I tried everything to reclaim my warranty but soundcore have the worst support. I suggest not to buy

Miss the aesthetics of Liberty3

I have the Liberty 3 Pro and never had sound quality issues with it, just a fit issue noted below. I sorry to see the next gen has added an arm that is just ugly and dorky. Will pass. Bring back the former design which was cool. As noted in separate email to c/s, just address wing tips from constantly slipping off earbud mounting and include one size larger wingtip.

After couple of months of use only during my workouts they became useless as full battery won't even last for 2 hours. Do not recommend.

Best earbuds ever!

I’ve had many earbuds before, but returned every single one of them. This is the only pair I’ve ever bought that I haven’t even thought about returning! They have some of the best noise cancellation I’ve ever heard and the transparency is well, very transparent!

Very nice for price but….

The liberty air pro 2 were better and unfortunately are no longer being made, I owned like 6 pairs of those. I used them over 40 hours a week and they still work. Please recreate an updated version with similar case. As an avid soundcore fan, they make great quality products for the price. Nothing else beats them in my opinion. Pros: very long battery life, noise cancellation works great, lots of features in app… stays in my ear when I workout and they sound great. Cons: if the case drops, they always open up and cause the headphones to fly out. Won’t regret getting these!!

Love them. The sound eq is great. The battery live is great. The sound cancelation is enough and good enough to tune out noise and be able to listen to music. I think ambient noise is great on this it doesn't amplify the surroundings or damp them.

Disappointed

Disappointed with the earbuds with regards to call quality. I can hear the person clearly but no matter which mode I put the buds in the person on the other end can't hear me at all or they're hearing pure wind sounds. Got mine from the get go so don't know if it's a bad apple but just have it here for podcasts. Calls are a no no
