    I LOST 1/3 OF MY COLON DUE TO CANCER SO IT WAS DIFFICULT GOING TO THE BATHROOM. THIS PRODUCT MAKES IT EASIER.

    Easier then a spoon full of medicine

    Very good product no after taste No bloating and No discomfort, a little on the big side but does go down smooth if you have with plenty of water or liquid.The only down side is if your looking to take as a laxative 1 gel capsule well not do the job.
