    Regrettably Unsure

    I am normally a big proponent of NOW products and thereby sure the EGCg capsules are both pure and contain precisely what it states on the bottle. However, green tea has not worked for the purpose I purchased it for – – and in fact may be interfering with another medical issue... So in all honesty I have to say the jury's out -- and may never 'reconvene' -- since there's a good possibility my physician may advise to cease taking them.

    Green Tea Extract

    This works very good and helps you to eat less, and never feel hungry. I would advise people to use this product. It doesn't give you the jitters, and it's good to use in the evening when you're wanting to snack. It helps you to stay full especially when you drinks any kind of liquids. i drink coffee or ice water. A very good product, indeed.

    Powerful stuff!

    This gave me so much energy and edginess, I had to start dumping out part of it every day, taking like 2/3 capsule, or less if it was getting toward noontime, but I'm a person who usually drinks decaf, and not a big person, about 125. Other people may be able to take the whole thing without a problem.

    My son has me buy this product to help him with his skin care. He claims that it has made all the difference for him. I am very impressed that Swanson's offers this at an affordable price that is lower then buying it local. I'm glad Swanson's is here.

    Finally a Price I can Afford

    I have wanted to add this product to my daily supplements for some time but it is usually out of my price range. I was very happy to find it at a price that fits in my monthly budget.

    Poor packaging

    I have taken green tea supplements for many years. After reading The Four Hour Body I became more concerned about the actual ECGC level. This brand reported a high ECGC and seemed to be a value. My main complaint is the packaging of the product. The container had a high amount of loose tea powder which coated each capsule. The carelessness of this manufacturer makes me question their quality.

    I have been taking this product for 6 mos. now,I have had good results in as much as I feel energized in the morning,I also have a green tea drink in the afternoon! I am happy with this product!
