I only used 1 bottle so I feel that I am not giving a fair review. I didn’t notice any difference when I took it.If I took it for more then 1 month maybe then I could give a better review.

Properly hydrate, apply SPF, etc. Aside from using my SPF I started taking Glutathione with Ceramosides and I can see the difference on my skin! It's more hydrated, bright, and look healthy! The packaging gives claims such as "Maintains skin's normal moisture levels" and "Promotes youthful skin tone and texture" which led me to believe I would see a significant improvement in the appearance of my skin while taking this. However, I noticed no real change overall; there were one or two days I remember looking in the mirror and thinking "...Maybe that looks better?" but really no detectable difference. My discontent comes strongly from the fact that discontinuing this supplement actually made my skin look and feel worse than before I began. I couldn't justify purchasing a replacement due to the lack of improvement, and having negative effects after I stopped taking a product I didn't even enjoy really sealed this as a no for me.
